Bug fixes, Generator 0.1.3n, released 22.04.2007
- Given coordinates (command: imp XXX xyz X Y Z) for the impact points BPR,
- OPR and RPR appear in the FMVSS201 points dialog and the dependent points are calculated.
- It was not possible that BPR and OPR are located in the upper roof area.
- The bonnet leading edge height for determining the car category is calculated at y=0. The former versions of Generator2 calculated the highest point of the BLE.
- Some error messages during the calculation of the japanese head impact area said EEC.
- the command 'ide dsp @si @si' works for triangular shell elements.
- Fixed an error wich lead to a false division of the bonnet leading edge and the bumper reference lines.
- Zooming with the mouse wheel don't cancel a selection any more.
- The writing of a Pamcrash belt metric file is possible after changing belt element properties.
- Generator2 crashed after using 'keep seatbelt' and afterwards creating a new belt.
- Fixed the position of the belt end direction vector.
New features, Generator 0.1.3n
- Modifying the coordinates for APR, BPR, OPR and RPR in the FMVSS201 points dialog generate an imp apr/bpr/opr/rpr xyz X Y Z command.
- It ist possible to rename the FMVSS201 legal point descritions in the PROJECT.def file.
- The command 'wri imp ocu con FILE' writes a csv file with the coordinates of the points and planes used to construct the FMVSS201 impact points.
- The command 'ped htz jpn tra etb' creates a second bar properties containing the WAD 1700, which divides the japanese headform test zone to the child and adult area.
- Added the command 'ide an2 @si/
' to print the 3 angles of a line defined by 2 nodes and the global axes. - Added the command 'ide crd @po @po' to measure in the cross section.
- Added a Radioss export and a Radioss_replace interface
- Added the functionality to use the 'Replace*' interfaces with impactor transformations.
- The 'Replace*' interfaces can add an info block to the new file. This can be the information about the dummy/seat modifications or the content of a template file.
- The 'Replace*' interfaces can distinguish between new shell and membrane elements, if elements of the same property existed in the original file.
- The 'pedestrian hull' functionality is now available for all users.
- Converting the japanese pedestrian head impact area to bar elements, creates a second property with the 1700 WAD line.
- The internal dummy contacts were modified to deform inner solid nodes.
- It is possible to position the seat by defining coordinates for 2 seatpan nodes and 1 node of the backrest.
- Added a warning when two impactpoints are found coincident during the 1/3 to 2/3 area division.
- Impactpoint are not moved when their node or nearest shell element is moved.
- The command 'imp usr syn all' can be used to adjust the impact points to new model coordinates.
